2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Made an appointment. Took my jeep in for an FCA extended warranty on the clock spring. They had me ready to roll in less than 3 hours and no more airbag light. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend. Our family/ extended family has bought 8 cars from them in the last 20+ years and they have serviced them on occasion. Noone has had any complaints.

Called for trouble with my key fob. The fellas in the service area responded quickly to help and gave me lots of suggestions on how to fix it. When nothing worked, the had me come into the shop for help. They were great, fast, and fixed my fob while I waited. Thanks for the help. You are greatly appreciated.

The service department always takes great care of my truck. I called yesterday morning with a brake issue that I needed resolved ASAP. Even though they had a full appointment schedule they told me to bring it right in. They had the issue resolved and even did an oil change within just a few hours. They are courteous with your vehicle without getting grease or dirt on the inside as I've had at other mechanic shops. I've always been pleased with my service but yesterday they took it up a notch!
