My experience with Special H Motors was incredible. The owner, Dylan, made the process of being a new car buyer quick, smooth, and easy. Not only was he extremely intelligent when it came to vehicles, he was down to earth and honest, and answered any question I possibly had. Not to mention discussion of warranty that acceded expectation, and even discussing the future maintenance they can provide for my vehicle. Going in as a new car buying, I was skeptical and nervous. But instantly walking on the lot it felt right, and I did not feel pressured. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Dylan Vitale. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Within 24 hours everything was completed, and I am now driving my new vehicle. Words could not thank you enough! ????

I literally cannot say enough great things about Dylan. He was so far beyond normal car dealership status of helpful. He was available for my schedule and work, staying past closing both times. He was helpful and quick. Once I had the down payment, I walked away with my vehicle the next day. I felt no pushy car salesman pressures and truly felt he cared about me as a customer. An honest guy and quality vehicles. I also walked away with a very generous warranty and was even offered GAP. One stop shop.
