2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Tony his wife and the store are outstanding. I visited a couple of times with Tony on the phone prior to driving the hour to Boone. When my wife and I got there we were warmly welcomed by his wife and business partner. Tony soon came out and we looked at the car and were encouraged to take it for a ride by ourselves. Long story short the car exceeded our expectations and we purchased the vehicle. Tony is very personable and truly interested in putting you in a car that is more than road ready. So glad we found his dealership in Boone.

Great experience overall. I was in the market for a new truck, and was very picky when it came to finding the right vehicle. I came across a Silverado at Farley’s, and after talking to Tony over the phone, he seemed extremely transparent and honest, and wanted to make sure I was fully informed and got to see everything about the truck I wanted to. He even told me he would touch up some rock chips before I took a look at it. He followed through with that minor fix. When I went to look at the vehicle, he did not hover over while I was looking at the vehicle. He simply handed over the keys to let me test drive it, inspect it, and even put it up on the hoist to look at all the components underneath. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy at all (as some salespeople can be), and overall made it an exceptional experience. To top it all off, before leaving the dealership, he even buffed out a pretty long scratch on the vehicle. I would 100% recommend Farley’s Preowned to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. It’s a shame I do not live closer to Boone, as Farley’s also owns the shop right next door, and I would love to take my vehicle there if anything ever needed done. Hats off to Tony and Farley’s!

Thomas made my experience purchasing my jeep like an at home experience. Very relaxed. Staff is amazing as well. They take pride in what they are starting for Boone!! We done guys and the gals behind the scenes I’m sure!
