If I could give a 10 star rating I would. I recently bought a 2024 Forte GT from this dealership, and I must say, was probably THE BEST purchasing experience I've ever had. The environment was friendly and professional. The employees there were awesome and welcoming. The sales representative I worked with, Jason Sousa, is an awesome person. He really believes in the product that he is selling. He knew the ins and outs of not only the car I was interested in, but all the cars that kia has to offer. He was very professional, while still maintaining a friendly demeanor. Previous sales reps I've had worked with always feel like they're just pushing the sale regardless of the product quality. Jason, on the other hand, really cares about his customers safety and needs. He is by far the best car sales representative that I've had the pleasure of working with. That man deserves a raise and all the praise from this review. If you're considering on buying a Kia, stop by Archer Kia, ask for JASON SOUSA, he'll take good care of you and get you the car you need. Again, ask for JASON SOUSA. You won't regret it.
I put this 1 star review as a 5 star review so everyone can see this. Diagnostics at this dealership are a joke. Sales is not where dealerships make the most money, it’s the service department. Be careful where you take your car to get service. They will lie and tell you that you need something that you really don’t. Any code that shows up regardless of the status they will immediately say it is the problem and charge you hundreds to thousands based on how gullible you could be. My car works now and the part that they said I needed to replace still works. A black strip on the driver side external side is missing. I went back up there and asked the service advisor he told us we would have to tow the car back here to investigate it again to see fault and that the part itself is worth about a 100 bucks. We decided to let it go until I got a call from a 281 number asking about my experience at their dealership and in the middle of me explaining that experience the lady hangs up on me. I immediately called corporate. Corporate said that really can’t do much. They stated that dealerships are individually owned and that it has to be handled between me and dealership. The service manager lied and said that the tow truck driver did it. They refused to refund us our diagnosis fee. My mechanic has inspected the vehicle internally and said there is just a lot of wear and tear on the voltage. This happened a couple of weeks ago. and I’m sure they probably payed some people to do some reviews or gave out a good deal out of fear, guilt and/ or remorse. I would not recommend this dealership for anything but lies. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Please , don’t get scammed by them. I promise you they don’t give a dam* about you nor your vehicle. Edit: I called my bank for dispute of the transactions already. here is the receipt for proof of visit. You guys must come to see Jason Sousa. He is the best seller ever. He helped me go through the process with patience and kindness. As a result, I got my first brand new 2024 Sportage EX with a good deal. You made my day, Jason. Thank you so much.
