2022 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

I just bought a new GMC Terrain from Castle and I couldn't be happier. This IS my second Castle. Great people to do business with. My salesman Carlos was the best. Very informative and very respectful. He really knew his product and made sure I did too. The whole transaction start to finish was about 3 hours and they are being helpful with delivery since I have a rental car due to my other GMC (from Castle) getting totaled in an accident. Brandon in the finance office was very polite and concise. Thanks Castle for a nice experience.

Great people place. My salesman Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and the processes of the company he worked for. The purchasing phase was quick and fair - they didn’t play any games. They gave a fair price and stuck to it. The delivery phase was the same. My finance person Tony was courteous and knowledgeable, showed me what was available in extended warranties but didn’t employ any high pressure tactics. Overall a great experience

I had the most wonderful experience buying a car. Jeffery Vacari was very helpful, i didn’t feel any push at any time. He was very responsive with text messages which was necessary, as i was 300 miles away from the dealership.
