2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Joe, the sales guy (not the used to work there Joe or the mechanic Joe - neither of whom I've met) was lots of fun to work with. He was relatively new, so he had to ask somebody else about a lot of the questions we had, but he never claimed to know something he didn't, which we appreciate. He also let me pick out a couple of new ducks for the dash of my newest Wrangler - a small thing, but made my very happy and picking out my favorite ducks helped pass the time while waiting for our turn to meet with Frank. Frank was kind and efficient. He got us in and out quickly and was able to answer questions clearly. Have a happy 21st birthday, Joe, when it rolls around!

They asked for more details. I gave this review 5 stars for being greeted promptly when I arrived. I told them what I needed and made my way to the waiting room. The waiting room is comfortable with a variety of coffee and complimentary snacks. Anthony was helpful, informative, not too pushy. I'm confident with having my Jeep serviced at this facility for the life of the vehicle.

From scheduling to completion of services, each point of contact was friendly, informative, and professional. All I needed was a replacement of my catalytic converter for my Jeep per a recall, and there were no up-sale pressures or tactics from anyone. The service was timely and transparent. Much appreciation to the entire staff.
