Carlos was so kind and I feel that he genuinely cares about his customers, which is something I look for in customer service and when I find it, I truly admire it. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. The service was exceptional, along with the rest of the staff. I’m usually not a big fan of dealerships because of the experiences I’ve had with them but the excellent service provided by Carlos, Elijah, and the manager was pleasantly unique. I usually don’t care to write reviews but their lasting impression has left me with no choice! Also, the 2020 Honda CRV that I purchased is in great condition and I can definitely see myself with this vehicle for a long time. I wish I could give ten stars. THANK YOU! ????????

Upon arriving at music City Honda we were not treated like customers but like family . Based on my experience I felt it was not a business transaction but a personal one they were personally invested in getting the best fit for our family needs , budget and comfort . Our sales rep name was Carlos and we went above and beyond to ensure my family felt heard , understood and taken care of. Carlos speaks Spanish as well and was able to accommodate my family throughout the whole process .
