Troy, Heilo, and the rest of the team were great. These two guys spent a lot of time showing cars and answering a lot of questions. We felt Ford and eventually found a car at a different dealership that we wanted. We went back to Ford and spoke with Troy and Heilo explaining we wanted to buy from them. Since it was with step one they were able to transfer the car to their dealership and we bought from them. After the sale we still had a few more questions which they answered promptly.
