The service department was the best we've encountered while traveling across the country. James and Roger were attentive, active problem solvers and friendly. Danny reviewed previous work with curiosity and interest in finding solutions for the DEF challenges we have been experiencing. Missy even followed up with us and was thoughtful in her inquiries to our satisfaction. The Blackburn Ram Team will take care of you. We are traveling from Michigan and our starter went out on our 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. We called Blackburn on the road and was able to drop it off Monday night at 5 pm. They called with verification that it was the starter by 9am and called at 11:15 am to say they were completed! They sent a car for me and when I got to the truck it had been washed and the interior had been cleaned. I was blown away by the excellent customer service from them. Thank you so much for such a quick turnaround.

I recently contacted Blackburn for availability on a part. Ricky Evans in the Parts Department confirmed he had the part. This was on a Friday afternoon and Blackburn is a 40-mile drive from my location so I wasn't going to be able to get there by closing time, and Ricky told me Parts wasn't open on Saturdays. Several minutes later, he contacted me back by phone (he must have reviewed caller ID to get my number as I hadn't provided any of my information during the prior call). He offered to pull the part, create an invoice, and leave it at the Service Department cashier's office, which is open on Saturday, so that I could get my part without having to wait until the following week. He went above and beyond to create a solution which allowed me to complete my vehicle repair much sooner. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
