2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Just purchased my 1st brand new car and the car that ive wanted the last 2 cars I got well i wanted the highlander but I got the 2026 grand highlander and im in love my sales rep nasal, sales manager Tyler and finance manager Maurice was awesome and it was a pleasure doing buisness with them will definitely go back in the future when im ready to get my actually dream car the sequoia. Not like most dealerships trying to push and push to sale you everything I feel as if they worked in my favor. Thanks guys.

This is an appreciation post to highlight why my experience matters for the public considering Toyota of Newnan for Service & vehicle purchase. It honestly started after my previous vehicle of a 2011 Toyota Rav 4 was getting service for typical oil changes. I knew that I was eventually going to be in the market for purchasing a vehicle and I knew that the service department was going to be important for the dealership I chose. They do an excellent job with arrival, wait time and care. The associate Aliegha was someone I had communicated with several times to let her know I only wanted to see the 2026 Toyota RAV4 ; I did not get blasted with calls from anyone trying to get me to see other vehicles which I appreciated not being spammed. She did great to keep me updated on the shipments and even when the time of day came for me to see the car upon just arriving/right off the truck/not even on the lot SHE WAS VERY communicative to me. I appreciate her so much for having the attention and care to a customer like myself. When I got to the dealership RJ was my sales associate and I am more than grateful for the time and patience he took with me . I knew exactly what I wanted and he tried to set me in the budget with what I could get but also the newest RAV4 that just arrived. After time going by, finance manager Maurice joined in and helped with trying to get me what I wanted. Again, very helpful to explain and breakdown numbers and warranties etc. By 10:30 pm we started finishing up and i got to drive the car home . I had to come back to the dealership after that evening to finish up more things like learning the car etc. Inero was another sales associate that was beyond helpful with not only seeing if a tall person could sit well behind the car but also with customer service to setup my car with the app. Every department I could touch on helped made this happen. They allowed me to trust them— that service is more than the price tag, the care of the person is important. Thank you for such great service and teamwork!

Rodriguez was so helpful and patient. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen for a great price. Highly recommended!
