Today I wanna share the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Before hitting up Kia Valencia, I went to another Kia spot, and man, I got treated like total crap. They judged me for wearing simple clothes, assuming I couldn't afford a car. I was totally dismissed, felt like I was just some 'curious' browser wasting their time. I left feeling invisible, def a bummer. But Valencia? Whole different vibe. The minute I walked in, I was met with respect, attention, and genuine kindness. And I gotta shout out one person who made this whole thing unforgettable: Mia. They didn’t have the exact car and color I wanted on the lot. Most salespeople woulda just been like, 'We don't got it,' and tried to sell me somethin' else. But Mia did something totally unexpected, I swear: she literally drove all the way to another dealership in Ventura! She left Santa Clarita just to pick up my exact car, the right color. That gesture alone shows her level of commitment and care for customers. That ain’t normal, it’s rare. That’s real professionalism. Mia didn’t judge me on my looks or my clothes; she treated me like a human being. With empathy, patience, warmth, and dedication you just don't see anymore. I left the dealership emotional, super happy, and grateful. Felt like my early Christmas gift—a beautiful car, exactly how I wanted it, and an experience I’ll remember forever. Big thanks to the whole Kia Valencia team for the excellent service, but especially to Mia. Mia, you are hands down the best salesperson I've ever worked with. You’re going places, girl!
