On 7/20 I went into this dealership not knowing exactly what car I wanted as well as not knowing if this would be my last stop for a car deal. Luckily our sales person Kade was there to help us. Kade showed us a couple of cars and we never felt like we were trying to be pushed to buy something. We looked at a HR-V and a CR-V after driving both we decided to see what kind of deal we could get on the CR-V. I was straightforward with Kade and his sales manager and they were very straightforward back which I really appreciate. We got down to a very good deal on the car but I wanted to take some time to think it over. Upon getting up out the seat Kade grabbed our keys for the vehicle we were trading in and gave them to us without asking. Kade and his sales managers were very professional and I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. I have been to a couple of dealers in the past where they either did not even try to work with me on the price, or when leaving tried to chase me out the door. Kade and the sales manager were extremely professional and kind. Needless to say later that day after calling multiple dealerships to compete on price I realized that Honda of Salisbury was giving me a great deal. That afternoon I headed back to the dealership and completed the deal we agreed on. If all dealerships operated like Honda of Salisbury people would not be worried about going to the dealership.
