????????????????????????Recently I walked into Ferguson Motors explaining my Lincoln Aviator was smoking and could they look at it. That was 8:10 am. By 9:20 I received a photo/video and explanation of what the situation was. I was texted a thorough amount of what had to be done, costs from labor to parts and with approval it would be ready TODAY. Pleased with the cost/video, I ???????? the work. I didn’t get my suv Thursday at 4:45. Kyle and crew explained to me the situation, explained the delay and said my car would be the first one to be worked on Friday morning. I was driven home Thursday, but on Friday morning at 9:00 Ferguson Motors told me my car was ready, verified my address and picked me up to my repaired Lincoln Aviator. My quote was less than the day before and all was explained to my again of the work completed. ?? Thank you. Til my next oil change, oh yeah, I had that done too.????

Wonderful experience we had purchasing an automobile from a used car dealership. Michael, make good all his promises to us. Before we found them we have been to several dealerships. To say the least, we got a bad taste, no one answered the phone or even bothered to return call after we test drive the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Whereas, the owner of DriveEZ Michael was very willing to work with us. To top the least he went over and above to ensure we get what we needed done on the vehicle, from changing the timing belt, helping us order the original floor mat, cargo tray, extra set of remote key and to fill up the fuel tank. Which most dealership would never do. His team involves a team of service mechanics (Ferguson Motors) that makes you wanna give them your business. Thanks Eric and your entire team mates.
