Things have changed at Jenkins Hyundai! So much better! The new lay out in the reception area is much more calm than before. The chaos that was present the last time I was there was unbearable. I was dreading taking my car in, but, I was pleasantly surprised. It's like a whole new dealership. The salesman didn't harass anyone waiting in the lounge like in the past. That also was a good change. I had put off going in. I was on the defensive when I arrived but Daniel was professional & kind which caused me to relax. He took great care of me, thank you Daniel. Plus, the service price was also very affordable for me. I won't dread coming in for my next service. Good job everyone!
We had to purchase a car due to an accident. Went to Jenkins because we bought the car that was totaled from them. The sales manager sold us a 2023 Venue,no money down. Greatest appreciated. There was a ticking noise that after 3 times in shop they couldn't locate. I said i want another car or proceed with lemon law. Nicholas Migliacco sold use the first and deeply concerned about the new car problem. His brother Joe stepped in and said" i will do everything possible to make you two satisfied." He showed us a 2024 Venue with more options brand new. Yes the payments were not what was expected and needed 2000.00$ down, but they did what they could and we accepted the terms. The service from the service manager David Foo and the sales force was exceptional and greatly appreciated. A customer forever now. Thank you all and God ????.
