The quality of the car I purchased is excellent and I am very happy with it. The finance person is very professional and has a great personality making us feel very comfortable and at ease. I was new to the Carolinas and needed a new reliable vehicle . I was referred to Will who was not only welcoming but promising to make sure that i purchased a great car with low mileage and affordable payments. I traveled over four hundred miles one way to look at a particular car at this car lot. And I called a few times and spoke with Hossein before I took the chance on traveling there in person. I own a few companies. And I've spoke with and purchased many cars and trucks from countless dealers. And I must say in all honesty that I had the best car purchasing experience with Metrolina and Hossein than I've had anywhere else over the years. And that's saying a lot coming from me. Right before I arrived at the dealership Hossein had taken the car I was interested in to make sure it was clean. And that it had more than enough fuel for my test drive and inspection. And once he returned he gave me the key to the vehicle. And he also answered the additional questions that I had about that particular vehicle. At that point he didn't hover over me or stand around trying to influence my decision about the car while I examined it. He let the car sell itself. And that was really important for me. It's the little things like that which made the difference in my purchasing decision. And after I took the car for a test drive and got lost somehow, I had made my decision to purchase it. And utilized GPS to locate the car lot again. At that point, the paperwork was straight forward with Hossein. And the process was quick. Hossein also called the next day to check on how the car did on the four hundred plus mile trip back to my state. And I told him that it did very well. Which was true. And I'm very happy with the car I purchased from Metrolina at this point! Thanks Hossein! And in case anyone is wondering, I received no type of compensation for this review.
