This has been the only dealership I've dealt with the last few years. I've been to other ones, but their service and professionalism can't compare. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. They address all issues. Anytime I have pointed something out to the employees at this location, they take care of it promptly. My appointments are typically with Lee or Oscar, but really it doesn't matter who is there - they always take care of me. From the scheduler to the cashier, there's a reason I don't go anywhere else. Props to the service manager, Alex, for running a smooth operation and keeping the standards high.
My service advisor was Mr. Lee, which I am very pleased with. Every time I'm there, Mr. Lee always makes sure that I'm comfortable and know everything that goes on my car and it goes sometimes beyond and beyond his duties to make sure his customers are happy while my car was in the shop. He notified me everything. That needed to be done all the stuff that had to be done. And the things that needed to be done. He never forced you about having the work done he always say when you can bring it back to him. I deal with Mr. Lee every time I come because he's a great guy and honest guy and if you gotta get service done at capital plaza, Toyota asked for Mr. Lee.
Great customer service. Always very timely and prompt in the check-in and check-out process. Transparent and trustworthy in terms of required and suggested maintenance items. Really easy to schedule service appointments online. Email and text reminders ahead of scheduled appointments. Good online record keeping system that stays on top of recommended maintenance at various mileage intervals. Location is easy to get to. Having been to a fair number of other Toyota dealerships for service up and down the east coast, this one is my favorite one to date.
