2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I would like to give a huge shout to these guys and girls. I was in a very big pinch and needed a third row vehicle. I was not in the market to trade my truck but I knew I had to for a personal reason. They helped me though out the process and made it painless. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle to give these people a first shot at it. was a sad to day for my truck to have to leave but with the Tahoe I got it was priced very reasonable and gave me a great price on my trade in. A+ guys!!!

I drove down from St. Louis to trade in my vehicle for a VW being sold by Bennett Motors. The sales manager's communication was prompt and direct. The car was as described, and they kept true to their word on the trade in value of my high mileage trade in. All of the staff there were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and provided me with almost all of the filled out paperwork I would need to transfer the new title out of state (to Missouri). I had one snag at the Missouri DMV, so I reached out to Bennett Motors, and had a notarized statement in my inbox within about 15 minutes. For me, this was a good deal with good people and above and beyond service.

Went to check this place out since it was nearby my hometown and found a 12 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Z71 w/ a topper. This truck caught my eye and the reports they had were flawless! Completely maintained through the Chevy dealer after 3 owners. They offered me BELOW market value, (keep in mind that the market was very high at this time due to COVID related issues), the truck could not be more clean. As a detailer myself, they used products and methods that qualify for clean, healthy, and nontoxic interiors and exteriors. Beautiful work on the detailing side of things. As for the maintenance, I would say it's top notch. The truck had no damages, fluids were all PERFECT, steering was aligned and tires were balanced, only thing I'd say they needed to fix was it shifting to the right only slightly but again, not something I can't control, and even the underside of the vehicle had ZERO rust on the frame. The only thing I would need to worry about was the exhaust but again, those hold up to standards as it should! The negotiation went VERY well. They went down in price from that original sales price by $500, then we asked if that would come with a warranty... they offered us 30 day or 1,000 miles, whichever came first. The driver door mirror came off after trying to fold the mirror in, because they are made to fold. Since the mirror never folded it was bumped into and broke off easily. With it being under warranty and me having limited time on my hands to where I needed the truck for work I said I could work on it myself. They offered me a free replacement mirror and even said that the warranty would NOT be voided if I put it in myself! To sum up this review: Customer Service and Honesty: 10/10 Never seen more honest salesman, and when they talk to the dealer there's no whispering it's all in front of you, so nothing shady to worry about. Cleanliness and First Impressions: 10/10 Not a single speck of dust on that truck once I first saw it. And no cheap chemicals used either. The building itself was great, plain and simple, straight to the point, they guided me through everything without confusing you with numbers. It's all on paper. Vehicle Maintenance and Warranty: 20/10 Amazing 30 day warranty offer, and even allowed me to replace the free part myself WITHOUT voiding the warranty. In conclusion, I highly recommend Bennett Motors in Mayfield KY. And no, this is not a paid review, I wrote this myself on my free time and have never had customer service quite like this. If you're looking for a place to take care of you without being scammed of your money and with the best vehicles to offer, go to Bennett's. It is an incredible place to choose and I would like their dealership in my hometown because that's how much I'd do business with them. Overall: 10/10, best dealership I have ever been to!
