My family had unexpected car troubles while on a road trip. Accidentally, we stopped in Mendota before we knew of Prescott Bros. This shop got us in without an appointment, gave us a car to use so we could eat and sight-see while waiting on repairs, and got us back on the road in the same day. Absolutely stellar service!
