2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Auto Point made the purchasing process smooth & pain-free. I had a lot of questions & concerns about the car. They were patient with me going above & beyond to check out & address all of my concerns. Tony was kind enough to wait for my wife & I to show up after hours to sign the paperwork as we weren't able to leave work before they closed. They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! It's clear that they care about their customers, even after the sale is made!
