Kyle in Alfa Romeo service is so polite and actually sympathetic to a customers needs. I had an appointment for an oil change and it was done within 45 minutes (would have been quicker but I spent 15 minutes asking him questions) he is incredibly intelligent and had 2 other bugs with the vehicle evaluated and corrected free of charge. He told me to call or email him anytime and really made me feel welcomed. Management should take notice and fast track him to the top! Golling offers complimentary oil changes for any used vehicle purchase which I’ve never seen in the auto industry. This is the nicest dealership I’ve seen with a cafeteria, kids play room, big screen tvs everywhere, merchandise store, and lounge areas all over.
