Jamie and misty were super helpful and upfront and honest with us about the car. they were willing to work within our budget and get us the best deal possible. We did not feel pressured and there were no back and forth games as with many used car dealers. We would definitely recommend dealing with them. It was worth the 300 miles we traveled. As a mechanic who knows about cars they listened to my concerns and didn't talk down to us.. They listened to our needs and concerns as buyers. Waiting room and restroom were clean and inviting. The purchase process was very expedient and painless we were out the door quickly Thanks again to mad hatter motors!

From the minute I stepped on the lot, I was greeted by Jamie and found the truck I was looking for. He was super easy going and great to work with! Then Misty stepped into the picture and carried on with great customer service. Their mechanic was also awesome. And I say all of this openly as I typically hate dealing with car dealers, but these guys were awesome! Got my wife and I financed, gave me a great deal on my trade in, and just made the whole thing happen. Couldn’t be happier with the truck! Hello! First, I would like to thank Jamie and MaD HaTTeR MoToRs for a very smooth and easy experience at buying the Truck I wanted! I knew what I was looking for. I search 4 weeks for the truck I wanted at a price that worked for me On-Line. I found my truck here. I did most of this On-Line, as I live a fair distance away from their location. When I completed my purchase and was able to go and drive my truck home, there was a problem, which turned out to be (Thank God!) a bad sensor. I contacted Jamie 1 week later when I discovered this. We made arrangements, and HE SENT out his mechanic to me; who then drove to my home and changed out that bad sensor. I AM 67 years old and I now am in possession of the finest, nicest and most satisfying Vehicle that I have EVER owed. So I Wanted to tell Him and Them Publicly, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
