2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L

Warranty forever to the rescue!! Bought our 2016 traverse 4 years ago from Kevin McCane and had a great experience! We have kept up on our maintenance with the service department since we bought it. A day after Christmas, our transmission went out and we were freaking out about the cost of repairs. We called in and spoke with a service writer, Tiffany Basilone about our issue and made an appointment for it to be looked at. Tiffany was truly amazing!! She got our vehicle right in and even got us set up with a loaner vehicle for my wife so she could get back and forth to work and transport all our kids around. Tiffany went to bat for us and got our transmission covered under the warranty forever! I’m not sure where we would be without the hard work of all the Craig smith employees , and the warranty forever! As you can imagine having to pay 7000$ the day after Christmas was going to be impossible for our family of 7 to handle. I just want to thank Tiffany, Mark, and Brock in the service department for all of their help and understanding through this situation and a big shout out to Brian (technician) for the great repair on this big job! You guys kept our family rolling!! Great experience!! Thank you all !!

The whole team is absolutely amazing. Would like to specifically call out Kevin McCane as he worked with us directly. He took all the time we needed, was very nice, kind and professional. He went above and beyond to help us get what we need. The whole experience was super pleasant. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this dealership and Kevin specifically if you are looking to buy a car.
