Today on 7/22/23 Text my husband and I went into the dealership the day before and we had seen a 2015 Chevy traverse that I was very interested in. It was the same color and the same year of my dream traverse and the day we first came in I had to get to work so we didn’t have time to sit down and try and get the vehicle. We came in today to try and get the vehicle. We of course got approved and got the new traverse which we are extremely happy about. Shully , is that our dealer whose name was shully went above and beyond to help us get the approval for the financing on the car. We were able to drive off the lot with the car within an hour. We were given complete honesty about everything we were given a Carfax. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any used good quality vehicles that are no older than 10 years old. They do the maintenance they need to do on the vehicles before they go and put them on the lot and not only do they do the maintenance but if you were to take the car to a mechanic to have it looked at before you bought it if you bring in a piece of paper saying that they found this that or whatever wrong with it, they will even fix that before they get you the vehicle, on our case we got lucky and there was nothing wrong with our vehicle. Just wanted to take the time to leave him a review because we definitely wish that we had gone to this dealership about 2-3 weeks ago because instead we went to Grote auto Mall in Rockford Illinois and that was the worst experience of our lives. I would never recommend that place to my worst enemy. We were getting charge for a car that we didn’t have in our possession. There were so many stipulations that aren’t rules in Illinois that they tried to tell us where, so if you’re out there looking for a good used vehicle especially with low miles and in excellent condition I definitely would stop at this dealership. And make sure you ask for shully he will definitely do whatever he can to help you walk out that day with a vehicle of your dreams

Really wish I could give more then 5 stars! Ali was amazing. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted. No pushy salesman like other places. Every car we drove was on great shape and ready to drive off the lot! Once we picked one out the process was super easy! It was great to get a free carfax right off the bat and they had no problem with our mechanic coming to inspect it. They really went above and beyond.
