This was one of the best experiences that I have in receiving a new vehicle. From the moment I first spoke with Bobby on the phone, I knew I wouldn't have any issues. I was referred to him by a reputable source, so I wasn't worried. On the initial call, I told Bobby what I wanted and he said he would get back to me. We spoke three days that same day and I was impressed with his speed in response time, the professionalism he displayed over the phone and definitely his confidence in his abilities didn't go unnoticed. We were able to come to a shift decision on the vehicle I wanted and it was ready to go. The experience at the dealership with Bobby was a lot of fun. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Very fair prices for both the used Yukon and my trade without having to haggle.
