My salesman was was amazing but the parts service guy mike he was very rude and thought I had vehicle illiterate with no knowledge when they messed up my wife's car during recall/rework order. Make sure when you buy the extended warranty you get what you pay for on the paperwork because they sand bagged me on 1/14/2026 was a 4yr 48 and 2600 and they put in the paperwork of the pink slip 4yr 36 bumber to bumber my fault I didn't read the shit till I got home but the original slip I signed was the 4/48k but every dealership blows and they laughed at me for wanting to pay cash for 2018 gmc sierra 2500 crewcab I shoulda walked out and said suck it.

Went here to look at a vehicle I was interested in. Needless to say I came home with it the same day. Eddie was awesome to work with! Pretty straightforward purchase. We knew what we wanted and were willing to pay. The dealership was easy to communicate with. Did everything by phone or text after the test drive. Hubby handled the vehicle expectations and I handled the $ end of things. Paperwork was ready when promised. Not our first experience with Team.
