Mr. Gary was my salesman. He was very outstanding. He reached out to me as many times as I could not make it to the dealership to check out this car when I was finally able to come check out this car he was not at work so he allowed Carlos to assist me in my purchase of the vehicle. I really enjoy this vehicle, but most of all I enjoy the kindness and courteousness that Mr. Gary showed me, he went beyond being a salesman each time I couldn’t make an appointment that I sit with him. He waited today and then he will let me know that the car was still available even if it was 9 o’clock at night he let me know that the car was I am so happy that he had patience with me and time with me and Mr. Carlos had the same gratitude on my credit and when I buy a brand new car, I will come back to Hiley Subaru to purchase me a brand new car great job guys

Wonderful customer service! We did everything on the phone, in less than a couple of hours everything was taken care of and our new car was waiting on us! They stayed open late so we could drive down from Arkansas and pick up. We even did a trade in with them. Everything was seamless and the guys at the dealership were a lot of fun and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED would be my main takeaway from shopping at Hiley Subaru. Justin was my sales rep and we also worked with Antonio in finance. Both these men were exemplary in their knowledge, and friendliness, and they assisted me in walking out with a brand new Crosstrek which I love driving. This dealership is very educational about the brand and the vehicles and will work with you to get you the car you want for the right price. They have a ton of perks and offers I’ve never seen at other dealerships. I will definitely take all my business to this dealership going forward. Thanks so much guys!!
