For me this was one of the most important purchase. due to affect that my daughter is nonmobile. It was very important for me to purchase a vehicle that’s going to last for a good while. I was very nervous and yes, it took me long time, but Brian made me feel very comfortable. He had answered all my questions he was patient, I was not an easy client. I know that , ???? but he was so willing to help me and to keep me in the loop and making sure that I get the best purchase that I was comfortable with . Finally, after a month of going back-and-forth, I found our forever car. Brian had walked me through the whole process and I’m so grateful for him. Thank you motion ability you guys are changed my life. I finally have the freedom to go with my daughter to places and enjoy life.

Just finished up with the In Motion team and had a great experience. I dealt predominantly with Edwin and he was very understanding with my situation. Apparently my SUV had a rare sensor problem and Edwin was very reasonable when it came to pricing and trying to figure out the solution. Many individuals in this population are usually on disability and have a fixed income so it was a great relief when Edwin was fair in the estimate and pricing. I will continue to go to the In Motion team for all of my needs and will continue to make referrals as well.

Bryan and the team were extremely helpful and did a perfect job both on the installation and removal of my left hand manual control for my BMW. They showed flexibility to help and had answers to all my questions. Service is top notch. I greatly recommend. Tks again guys
