2023 Chrysler Pacifica

I highly recommend Heritage Cadillac. This is now my second car I’ve bought from them. Heritage has extremely fair prices and their customer service is outstanding. Our salesman Andrew was honest and up front which is hard to find now a days. We trusted him immediately- (weird right?! Trust a salesman?!). Me and my husband were super indecisive on what we wanted for a second car and Andrew really helped us narrow things down. He was the rational one to our chaos. Andrew and the entire team at Heritage were patient, respectful and kind along the car buying process, which says a lot since we brought our newborn and 6 year old along with us. We are extremely happy with our purchase- Cadillac CT5. I loved how nice and friendly the sales manager Cody was- when he came to us with the final numbers- there were no hidden fees like most dealers try to scam now a days. Cody honored an online listing error and gave us a deal on the car we bought. Cody also made sure we stayed at the payment we were comfortable with and also informed us about leasing and laid all options on the table for us. We not only got a beautiful car, but we also left knowing we made an informed decision. If your in the market for a car- this is the place to go! See Andrew, him and his team will not let you down!

Just wanted to give a shot out to this great dealership and personally to Joe Ignoffo who walked me through several lease renewal options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The team here is bar none, and everyone should seek their Cadillac options here at this dealership. The space is amazing since the remodel and it shows that this is a hard working team.
