We already knew which truck we wanted, so choosing was easy. We had a short conversation with the sales manager about price. There wasn't any pressure, just a polite conversation about the numbers. We found a number we could agree on and the paperwork began. If you go in with realistic expectations, you'll have a good experience. The whole process takes a couple of hours, so be prepared for that. We're very happy with the truck and will return when the time comes for the next vehicle.
