I had the best experience at Mechanicsville Kia. Mo definitely played a big part in making this such a great experience for me. I walked in just looking to get some information and options on getting a new car and ended up leaving with a brand new one the same day. Mo was very patient and helpful through the whole process. He truly didn’t stop until he found exactly what I wanted & made sure that I was completely happy with my decision. The whole team in general was amazing. I would also like to thank Noel in the finance department for being very helpful as well. Overall, everyone was very kind and welcoming and made this one of my best car buying experiences yet. This was a very personable experience and It really felt like everyone had my best interest at heart. I 10/10 recommend.
