2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I thought for years about updating my car, I looked for opportunities in GMC, Ford, Toyota I always left disappointed and unhappy with the price and little help that all the agents gave me, they all did an excellent job some wanted to sell me what they wanted not what I wanted, on May 3rd I showed up at Oakland Coliseum Audi was my best experience when buying my new car, Christian Isaac and Roberto were the agents who were to blame for leaving happy with a new car, they did not let me leave empty-handed, totally satisfied at 200% in prices, service and financing. Servicing my Audi at Audi Oakland was a great experience. They were proactive about reaching out and letting me know that it was time for service. Then they brought me a courtesy vehicle and picked up my car. They completed the service (which required them to order some parts) and then returned the car to my home. Was an incredibly easy experience as the owner, and they communicated incredibly throughout the process. Can’t recommend them enough!! Great work!

A big THANK to Kristian, Frank and Omar. Yes names first, FYI. Kristian is so knowledgeable about Audi cars and he went through all the routine functions with me. He is the most friendly, patient, and nicest sales I have ever met. After I getting the car for about a week, I was not sure about some of the functions that may or may not included in this car, he had Jimmy (thx!) checked for me. Frank worked so hard to get me a better deal and he promised that they will take a good care of my trade-in car and I really appreciate that!! Frank kept a very good communication with me the whole time very promptly and flexible in time and thank you so much! At last, thank you so much Omar for helping me get the final deal and helping me out with all the documents. Glad to know y’all and thanks for your help!
