I was a bit late for my appointment. Typical day for me. The Service Manager bumped my appointment by 30 minutes so that I wasn’t really late. He got me in right away and was very courteous. I spent some time speaking with one of their sales professionals. He answered my about the. 2024 Atlas and the time flew by. Next thing you know my service appointment was over. Great people at Bob Johnson VW. Especially the General Manager. Now that guy is the best. He seems like an old friend. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!
Service department is excellent, I was late for my oil change due to road closures and they were very accommodating. Tire packages are priced competitively! Both visits have been top notch.
