Had to travel a bit from Des Moines but I found a good deal with a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Salesman and support team done a good job getting me in and out. My only complaint is when selling a "Used" vehicle please ensure that it is cleaned and fresh smelling. When I drove the vehicle briefly last Saturday in my return home that smell wreaked as I seemed to carry it to my own vehicle and I had to spend some time cleaning it from the smell of the used one. Otherwise, the team there as promised cleaned it, gased it up and the two transporters who drove the vehicle here were professional. Thank you.
I want to start my review by saying that I had an excellent experience here. The people I worked with were Nicole E. And Jordan L. I want to say that I'm writing this review on my own. I wasn't given anything for it or asked to. I just feel everyone did so great that I want others to know. Anyways Nikki did wonderful all around! We talked on the phone before I even met her in person. I went over what vehicle I had and that I wanted to trade it in. We then discussed what I wanted in a different vehicle. I had a 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I liked but it didn't have android auto and my interest was at 21.7% and I didn't like my monthly payment and felt I should have something newer with more features as I was paying like $540 a month for it. Long story short... Nikki listened to me. She got me in a newer vehicle that has android auto, lower interest and less miles. It does of course cost a little more but I'm okay with that considering it has more features and is something I like more. Not only that but it also has blind spot monitoring and also park assist.. so that when I'm backing up if I'm about to hit something it'll beep. It can even brake so you don't hit something while backing up! Not that that's ever been an issue for me but it's awesome to have and may come in handy someday. It also has a motorized rear hatch! From start to finish Nikki was the perfect level of professional and friendly. She did great with answering all of my questions, treating me like a person. She helped make it not only a seamless experience but she made it fun and informative. After I was done with paperwork and ready to drive the new jeep away she had my trade in and my new one parked side by side so that it would be easier to move my belongings from one to the other. Not only that.. but she even helped! It was very thoughtful and kind of her and I've never had another dealership do that. So if you're looking for someone that's going to listen to you that's great at answering questions and goes above and beyond then I recommend her and this dealership. I also worked with Jordan which did excellent with explaining what options were available such as rustproofing, gap, etc. We went over what I felt I did and didn't want and what I could and couldn't afford. Usually I really dislike the paperwork part of the process at dealerships because other ones make me feel pressured to get stuff I don't really need. Jordan didn't do that though. He explained what was available, the cost and the details of the available options and I was able to make my own decisions after I asked all my questions. It was nice to just be able to ask questions and then not be pressured for once like at other dealerships. I also met a new person named Zach that tagged along for the paperwork process as he's new. He was also very nice and I wish him the best with his career! So for those that read my full review here's a quick recap: I had a vehicle from a different dealership that I liked but it was a high interest rate and it didn't have some features that I wanted, the miles were at 130K and I didn't want to wait forever to trade it in. I worked with the amazing people I mentioned earlier and ended up in a different Jeep that's newer, has less miles, more features and a better interest rate. I also have some advice since I've bought a few vehicles over the years and been to my fair share of dealerships: No matter where you go it's important you feel respected, that your questions are being answered and that the salespeople are listening to your needs. Learn things while you're there.. it's important to know your credit score, your interest rate, what your monthly payment will be, what your loan term will be, who your lender will be if you're making payments and not buying outright, etc. I suggest people give this place the opportunity to give them as good as an experience that I have had and I look forward to being here again when it's time! My wife and I had a wonderful visit today to look at a specific Durango and ended up buying it on the spot. No pressure during the sales process, no arm twisting on the upsell during financing... just friendly service with a "feels like family" approach.
