Yes, initially I had an unpleasant experience with a rude technician. However, I was fortunate to be contacted by Terry, who proved to be highly knowledgeable and helpful with our 2016 Dodge Charger. Terry's troubleshooting skills were invaluable, as we struggled to identify the issue with the vehicle despite our own attempts to fix it. We will certainly return to seek Terry's assistance again in the future.

I would like to thank the Service Department for the good work they always do. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from the dealership. I was in for an Oil change and a 19 point inspection. They completed the work in a timely manner. Upon my arrival the Service Advisor Travis greeted me with professionalism. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends.
