Kelly called me and set up a meeting with Patrick Hiles. He was very polite and professional. We made a deal and Cindy and I love it.

It was our first visit to this dealership. We went in there hoping to form a working relationship with them for our current and future needs with our jeep. We left there feeling we made the right decision and will continue bringing our jeep to them. We actually made friends with everyone in the service department. They were wonderful and the jeep is running perfect again. The issue it had was serious and when we thought about maybe waiting to do the work, they said we are not going to let you drive this out of here. Of course we could have but that told us that they really cared about our safety. Great people. And................Neal is a 10!!! :)

Renee did an excellent job helping Bobby find the perfect day & time for him to bring in our 2019 Ram Big Horn for an oil change & 50,000 mile service. She followed up with a call when I could pick it up. They paid great attention to detail & were very pleasant to work with.
