About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle and it took another service manager to take care of this problem . The key fob they gave me with the vehicle was not the right one. So It had problems unlocking and starting the car. So James the new manager was great He listened to what had been happening and told me to give him a few days , now the car will even start with the key fob. No more problems waiting 5 minutes to get in your vehicle. James you are a great manager like they should be understanding, listening, explaining and taking care of the problem. Also Joe at the service desk I think is new but things are looking better for him now that James is there. Keep up the great service guys.

Can’t say thank you enough to Shane Nance and Ben at Pogue Chevy for all of their help on our purchase of this awesome Trailblazer!! We had some hiccups along the way that drug out this process due to no fault of theirs and they were incredibly patient. They helped us find exactly what we wanted and our service was amazing!!

1 hour and 39 minutes is too long for a oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was scheduled for 8 am vehicle was taken back at 8:35. Service on vehicle was good
