I would like to thank Clint and Kara in the service department for rescuing my VW Golf as we were traveling to Saint Louis. I stopped at the nearby Starbucks and noticed smoke and strained noises under the hood. I called several repair shops and none were able to help but noticed the Chevrolet dealer nearby and pulled in. Clint noticed the car and sound of the vehicle and offered to take a look at the car. He quickly recognized the issue and offered to try and fix the car. It was late in the day but he said they could find the part and repair early the next day. They were also gracious to offer a ride to our hotel and back the next day. They truly saved the day! I would absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced here because of the attention to service and and the honest approach to dealing with the customer. It’s a rarity these days. Five Stars!

If you need a car- I would come here! We were stranded from out of state in our EV vehicle due to an unexpected EV station closure. The staff were helpful and kind - allowing us to get enough charge to make it to the next station. You can really tell a lot about people/a company depending on how they treat you when they have nothing to gain. Thank-you!

So.....my GMC Denali Dually decided it did not want to play well with others. Long story short, the diesel exhaust emissions unit went bad!! Orignally service thought they had it fixed and it was not. The first try only took 4 hours from the time we unexpectedly showed up to leaving!!! David and Clint in the Service Department pulled every string to overnight the emissions part. That didnt work out. So they allowed us to park our 42 foot RV travel trailer in lot next to their dealership until they got the part in 8 days. Their hospitality has been off the chart!! I was never told no.....and at every turn they had a smile!!! We live in California where dealerships have no problem telling you no and you have to wait weeks. This dealership is doing things the old fashion way and making customers feel great!!!! I would travel back here to give them my business!!! Spot ON and THANK YOU for all you have done for us!!!!
