I came in to trade my 2015 Chevy Sonic today for a compact or mini SUV and Eric helped me. He made this process fly by (I was in there for 5 hours). I provided him with what features I was looking for within my price range. I test drove a Buick Encore and loved it so much! Eric pays close attention to customer service and has a super friendly personality. My partner, Eric & I passed time while processing my credit and finalizing the paperwork by chatting away. He made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped in and made this car buying experience my favorite so far. Eric is extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. He has many recognitions on his desk for his years of service at this dealership and I can see why! He offered us water, snacks and even let us charge our phones with his portable charger. I 100% would recommend anybody purchasing or trading in their vehicle to this dealership and to buy with Eric! Eric, thank you for your time today! Let me tell you, my salesman Nathan Jones is amazing! I recently lost my Big Bertha (2016 Chevy Traverse) in an accident, and while I was not ready to replace her, I knew I had to. I FaceTimed my sister all the way in Wisconsin, who met Nathan at the dealership. Months went by, three to be exact. I was visiting Wisconsin for my granddaughter's birthday when my sister said, "Let's go find you a vehicle." We had an appointment set up with a dealer who thought they had a sale, but not! What you're not going to do is haggle me, and definitely not handle me while my sister is with me. Back to it, we called, Googled, searched, and drove until I said, "Let me call Nathan." I called and said, "Hey Nathan, it's Racquel from FaceTime." He immediately said yes, asking if I was here visiting from Charlotte ????. Nah, tell me how many salespeople remember you just by saying two words? ???? I told him yes, and I was on my way. We got there, and my sister told him she was tired of negotiating failed sales. He laughed and said okay. I told him my budget, what I needed in a vehicle, that we didn't mind walking away, and I still had the return portion of my plane ticket. He laughed again, but he heard me. He pulled five vehicles to the front - different models, styles, colors, features, and prices. Chileeeeeee, I felt like I was shoe shopping, and I don't know about y'all, but I love a good shoe deal. Nathan told me about every car, starting by saying this one is just above your budget, these two are in your budget, and these two are below. He told me about the features, dealer discounts, and remembered I worked in healthcare and took more money off the dealer discounts. I told him more about myself, he told me about himself, and a time was had! Nathan was professional, helpful, patient, and honest. I had some errands to run, and Nathan said he would clean up Baby G (2025 Chevy Trax Activ) for me and have her ready to go the next day. My sister told Nathan to wear his Sunday best because this would be a photo shoot, and it was! Nathan likes video games, so I picked up a gift card especially for him and told him, "You heard me, and in my job, I have to triage (listen) to my patients, and I wanted you to have this gift card because of who you are and how you handled me." He was so humble with his thank you, stating no one has ever, and I said, "Now someone has." Now grab that bow, Nathan, let's get to this photo shoot ???? The most fun I’ve had while making a major purchase. Thank You again Nathan Jones.
