2024 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

My husband and I came to them with NO credit and BAD credit. We had a nice chunk for a down payment. All the proof that we could pay for a vehicle, besides credit… (really, we are those people that pay cash for everything… or were those people until we got a lesson from Pete!) He was super patient as we tried a few times on what the credit union was willing to loan us. Really went above and BEYOND to help us get an awesome truck! Just what we needed for my husband to keep working. They taught us something’s about credit and credit building too… which he didn’t have to do. They really care about their customers. You can tell that for sure! Great pricing, selection of vehicles and awesome customer service! We know many people who have bought cars from other used car lots (not in this area) and had really bad experiences. So we were skeptical at first but, we got a recommendation for them through a couple at our church. We are so glad we went with Premier Auto! If I could rate them higher I would! We will definitely be getting another vehicle from them once this truck is paid for! Thanks to Pete, Lenny and Rj for a great experience at Premier!

The kind of car buying experience that is superior to any dealership I have ever been. The prices on their stock are the same or better than any where you will go and their staff is unbelievably attentive to every buying experience. I needed a vehicle on a three day window. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted so they had one from Ohio the following day and the price was 7k cheaper than anywhere else and it was the upgraded model. This was the 2nd time I purchased a vehicle there. Both have been great experiences. I have 0 complaints. They're great people! Not the regular "car salesman" mentality. Very helpful,honest & curtious!
