Can't say enough about Damien and Lesie at Basswood!! They jumped through hoops to get me in the car I've been wanting! I love my Bronco Sport amd am so thankful I stumbled on to their business!! Awesome people! And I'm pretty hard to please! But they were FANTASTIC!!! They will get all of my business moving forward!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience!! Arrived on a Saturday morning and the car that I originally called about was waiting upfront for me! After browsing the lot decided upon something else!! Leslie, Conway, and Damien were simply the best!! They were friendly, easy to work with & made car buying easy!!! Had a wonderful experience at Basswood in Ft. Payne yesterday. Matt Lipscomb, was a wonderful salesman and made buying a car most enjoyable. We got a Rogue, and love it . Matt also had an assistant helping him Ms. Karson Tripp, who also made our experience awesome. They both have a wonderful attitude and treat older people with respect!
