Dylan is hand's down the best salesman I've ever worked with at a dealership. He handled my unconventional test drives with calmness and professionalism and was very patient with me through the many visits it took to finally purchase my truck. He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and treated me like a friend and not just a commission. He's not one of those traditional pushy/annoying salesman either, he follows up in a much less agreseive way and makes sure you're getting exactly what you want, he was able to stay on top of me as long as he needed to get the job done and made me a very, very happy customer with my transaction. He's definitely earned all my future business. The whole team I worked with at Freeland Chevy was honestly top tier. I'm the queen of negotiation, and I'll haggle until I'm getting the best deal I can, which I know is one of a dealerships worst headaches. But the finance team worked with me patiently and respectfully until we made a deal that worked for both of us. And they worked hard to get me the best term's they could find with a lender. When I first went to Freeland Chevy my corvette was on the verge of falling apart. In need of a new torque tube, I had no choice but to leave the car there and hope the repair would not empty my pockets. Then, like a superhero landing in… came Johnny. Johnny is the single greatest service member I have met in all my years. Not only did Johnny go above and beyond in making sure that my Corvette was repaired in a timely manner and at a great price, but Johnny made the experience so good that I may just break my transmission just to come back. Johnny kept great communication with me while my car was being repaired and made sure that I was kept updated during the whole process… he even offered to order me a ride home when I dropped it off. Overall, the whole experience was great and everyone was professional and friendly. When I first went to Freeland Chevy I had a broken transmission, but when I left… I left not only with a fresh torque tube, but I left with a friend.
My experience at the dealership was really amazing. Frank was great during this whole process of keeping me updated on the issue with my vehicle and the status of the repair. The repair took a few days because of having to order parts but it was still quicker than I expected. The price was fairly reasonable given the repair so no complaints there and although I wasn’t approved for financing, I still appreciate Frank doing everything he could to help me save money as best I can. Great experience and I will be bringing my car there for all future main
