I decided to start looking for a larger SUV that I currently had, but did not have the time to go car shopping! My previous experience with car shopping was how long the entire process takes was not good. Wow! I was treated so very well that I can highly recommend it. My wife and I had come back from a much needed two week vacation and we began discussing that the 18 GMC truck we were driving was really more than we needed. Cindy wants to retire in the next 4 years and we felt that making a change should happen now while she was still working. I went in looking at a Mitsubishi Outlander. Jared and Jason showed me that I could do much better with a new Rogue. So we for that! What a nice driving vehicle. The follow up from Chris and Travis has been fantastic. They’ve made sure that everything is working as intended and if I had any questions. I will be back for sure. Update- I really highly recommend Wallace. Every time I walk in I’m greeted, these people appreciate their customers. My Rogue? Love it! Excellent driver, great fuel economy, and nice looking. If you live anywhere around Kingsport, stop in.
