CAGO Auto was recommended to us by another mechanic and they were AMAZING! Friday at 4:30 pm on Memorial Day weekend our alternator was dying and they were willing to add us to their workload and got our car fixed by 9 that night so we could continue on a cross-country road trip. I hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Chow went extra miles to make sure I was comfortable with the car and was direct about the process. I did what dealers despise. I paid in cash. Every dealer marks up for that. Some as much as 20%. The mark up at Yes is reasonable considering their generally low sticker prices. Plus they're a small family business so I felt better about giving them my money. I would look to them if you want to pay cash and ask for Chow. He'll give it to you straight and spend time with you. I would buy another car from them.
