Updating my previous review.. Turns out that I did in fact purchase the extended service contract and was contacted by Aaron & Daryl to figure out how they could help me and my car issue.. They told me that my transmission was indeed going out & offered to replace it with a brand new one with no deductible or any payment at all! Aaron even helped me with a temporary vehicle to get to and from work, etc while mine was being repaired. They made everything right and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them! Thank you Aaron, Daryl and Mark for EVERYTHING you guys have done. Go see these guys for your next vehicle purchase, you won’t regret it! :) At first I had a great experience and loved my new to me car.. A couple of weeks into driving my new car, it started slipping & making a grinding noise while shifting.. As a first time car buyer, getting my first car loan.. I was expecting to have everything explained and laid out including the extended service contract option.. I was only told about the 3 month included warranty. Needless to say, I am now stuck with a car with a bad transmission and I have not had the car for 7 months yet.. The sales people are great and they have a good selection of vehicles, and will help you do whatever they can to get you in a vehicle but, I just wish something could be done to help and I wish that I had the great experience everyone else has had..
