I was informed every step of the way. Jeff was great about sitting down with me and explaining what they were doing. They were able to find the source of a creak in the back seat, for which I am very grateful. A replacement part has been ordered, and they'll let me know when it comes in. It was truly a professional job on their part! I could not be more pleased with that visit.

Everyone I talked to was nice friendly and just seemed to be a great honest dealership. They wanted to help to make sure you were satisfied and found what you want. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
