2023 Chrysler Pacifica

Buying my first car was a much smoother process than I expected thanks to Liam at Reed Hyundai! He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and in a timely manner, and was willing to advocate for me so I could make a purchase that was the right fit for me. I’m so grateful to him (and to others at Reed Hyundai) for their time and patience as I navigated a process I wasn’t quite sure how to as a first time car buyer. Also, special shoutout to Amanda who helped answer many of my questions as well! 10/10 customer service— I couldn’t be happier!!!

Reed Hyundai does a first rate job of taking care of my car. The location and facility are convenient and nice. The online service page is good but not great. The text and email reminders are effective, though a little excessive. The staff is professional and efficient. Overall, this is a good dealership and I will be happy to have them take care of my car.
