Ordered a new truck through my son’s recommendation of this dealership in NC. I live in MD. Don Scott was the sales person my son and daughter in law used. Never ordered a new vehicle before. The process took a little longer for the finished product, but worth the wait. Received updated emails from Ford for the process. Once it was confirmed it arrived at Randy Marion made plans to travel down and pick it up. Communicated with Don of my arrival and confirmed additional mud-flaps were installed. Set a time to arrive, was happy to see my new truck sitting out ready to go. Discussed financing options, was a little disappointed with a great credit score to be offered 9% as the best option. Will be refinancing after I get home in MD. Other than that, a good experience. Would recommend to family and friends.
Adam is the best in the service department and is very communicative and knows the ins and outs about their cars mechanically. Adam also has a great personality and is very kind and understanding. Sometimes it's better to pay a little more to get a job done right than a less expensive job done wrong which will cost more in a long run. This is not a promotional review there was no incentives to post this review.
