2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Recently purchased a vehicle with Mel's help. He was great to work with! Very easy going and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. He wasn't your stereotypical "car salesman", he wasn't pushy at all. Worked with me to get what I was looking for with a trade and to see what I was able to get into with a payment that worked for me. He even tried to help me walk away with a new car the same day! We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for, so we wondered the lot outside looking at our options. Once we had decided what we wanted to focus on, we went inside and was immediately greeted by our salesperson. We told him what we were looking for and which vehicles we were looking at. He took us out to them and explained in more detail their attributes and features. We ultimately decided on a vehicle he showed us that had everything I asked for and more, and was the color I wanted. We took it for a test drive and I immediately knew it was the vehicle I wanted. He worked within our budget and made the whole process very easy. Overall, we're very pleased with our purchase.

Honestly this has been the first time I experienced full satisfaction from a dealership! I've had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships in the past and was skeptical and nervous. But I will definitely continue any services needed going forward with them! It is such a relief to know I can take my car somewhere trust worthy... thank you!
