My experience at Driver’s Mart has been the best. Fabio, Super-Super, has made the purchase process so easy. I was searching for a very specific Camaro and found the one I purchased as an out of state vehicle. I have never purchased out of state before and I had concerns. Super-Super made the process smooth, seamless and easy! He sent me a video of the vehicle and made sure to go over all the features. He was clear with the vehicle information and gave me any resources that I wanted. He made sure to work with me on scheduling for pickup as I had to come from out of state. He held the car for me and made sure it was clean, gad gas, and staged for when we showed up to purchase it. My information was prepped in office to make the purchase process quicker and more efficient.

5 stars for the sales experience; 3 stars for the inventory. We had a great experience with Matt after inquiring about a 2014 BMW x3 we had our eye on. Reached out on a late Saturday afternoon, and, by 2:30 that same day we were test driving. My wife fell in love with it, everything with the car seemed great, and we paid cash and were out the door a couple of hours later. On the way home (we live about 65 miles away), the wife said she felt the car lacked power when accelerating for just a few seconds. Ran fine after that, but, the next morning when we drove it, we got the same thing. We had already planned on taking it to our mechanic to have him inspect it. After he did, we got the bad news - transfer case was leaking and binding. $7K minimum to fix, and there were a couple of other issues that needed attention that would have pushed the total repair bill up over $10K - $2K more than we paid for the car. At that point, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take advantage of Driver's Mart's generous 5-day return policy to get a full refund. Honestly, while it was disappointing to have to return the vehicle, the whole return process couldn't have been smoother. I was expecting to have to explain why we were returning it (even brought a copy of the proposed repairs to show them) and enduring some haggling, but they were very gracious, took the keys, and promised us a check in the mail for the full amount paid, which we received after a brief mail delay. So, to sum up, other than the car having some major issues - the whole experience couldn't have been better. Not sure we'll go back as it's quite the drive for us, but we certainly wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Matt and Driver's Mart again for our car shopping needs.

Fabio Super Super was outstanding! He was so knowledgeable about the car that we chose. He is so friendly and truly cares about making sure we were happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend buying a car at Driver's Mart in Sanford. Completely satisfied with their service and kindness.
