First off let me say I owned several Toyota vehicles. Stephan Wade Toyota’s service department top’s the charts. From the moment I pulled in I experienced impeccable service. I totally felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. They covered my leather drivers seat with plastic and put down a paper mat to insure it doesn’t get dirty. My service professional Lucian was able to pull my records and schedule prompt service. They even had a shuttle in case I needed a ride home. Lucian communicated with my phone by text while the truck was under his care. Overall I rate this dealership 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend Stephen Wade Toyota to my friends and family.
